1167 Days

Last night on the bus went extremely fast. We ran out of pizza within about an hour. We were around 12th and Garnett and didn’t get much further. There were lots of people out. We met Chris, who has 1167 days of sobriety and is doing great. He was walking home to his sober living house, and we gave him a pizza to bring to the guys. He was very thankful and kept telling us how much he loves Jesus and how Jesus changed his life. Amen to that! @The night got a little interesting when we encountered three girls, ranging from 9 to 11 years old, riding their bicycles. Without going into details, it was a good idea that we got those girls safely home. We followed them on our bus to their residence, because 12th and Garnett is no place for little girls to be out without parental supervision. We ended the evening with a horse trying to attack one of our servants; the horse acted friendly but then went a little bipolar on us. Please pray for all the people we ministered to, specifically for the lady we had the opportunity to minister to in a local neighborhood who was very transparent about issues in her life. Pray that she’ll call us so we can get her some help. The Lord is faithful. HE reigns!
