Faithful in the Storms of Life
Great night on the bus. We started something new. We took a couple we met on the streets last week out to eat. They’re in a local community program. We split up our team, and some of them ate with them at the restaurant, while the other part of the team went out into the streets. Their names are Nikia and Garrett; they’re married, and she’s pregnant with their first child. Two of our team members spent lots of time with them getting to know them at a diner, and it went great. A few new faces we met were Stephen, Tatiana, David, Dickey, Jenny, CJ, and Antonio. Each one of these people has a very unique story. The Lord is faithful in the storms of life. He heals the brokenhearted, makes all things new, and gives NEW life. Please pray for all these people we ministered to and for the individuals we’ll be taking out to eat next week.
