Waiting for the City Bus

How the Lord works! Last night on the bus was great! We began the night by picking up Bill and Jack. They were very nice older guys who were waiting  for the city bus.  We were able to give them a ride. We had the opportunity to feed and fellowship with them for quite some time. Jack also was given a new Bible. They were both believers. They worked in the salvage yard business. The Lord opened up doors to witness to many others last night. Our last passengers of the night were a very nice father (Isaiah) and some of his sons (Lamonte, Sebastian, and Larry). They were walking back to their apartment from the store. They were carrying lots of groceries. They were very thankful for the pizza and prayer. The dad was doing a great job raising these boys to train them up as men.  They were very respectful. Yet, what made the evening happened at around 8:15 ! Kervin made it home to his mother in Belize. She has been very sick. If you have been following the posts for the past two weeks, you would know his story. Very powerful. Very big leap of faith to do what he did! He ran out of money when he got into his country. We tried to send him money through western union. It was unsuccessful. He took another leap of faith with no money, and made it 100 Miles home by the grace of God. Thankful for all of the people who helped him make the last leg of his journey by giving him rides. He literally had to give his cell phone to someone to make up for a hotel room for two nights along this journey. People were paid off along the way. People were trusted with his life. The Lord is so faithful, Kervin kept telling us we just need to trust God on this, and not worry about all the unknowns. The Lord came through!! He is so faithful. Kervin explained the only thing left now is to see his son. He has not seen his son in six years. His son is now 14 years old. The Lord will do it. Watch HIM do it!
