Tough Spot in Life

Last night on the bus went great. The single level bus performed incredible. We had heat for the first time this winter! We almost immediately met April. She was in a tough spot in life. She had been evicted and lost her kids to DHS. She was crying. She was literally walking with her water jug to fill it up. Someone had stolen all of her belongings earlier in the day. We were able to give her a ride in the warm bus and minister to her. Thankfully lots of people had donated blankets and coats..we gave away lots of them last night. Please pray for April to contact us. We want to see her get off the streets. We also met a gentleman named Marshall. He is an electrician. He too was homeless. He happened to have a hotel last night with a friend. He was extremely thankful for the pizza and information on how we can help him. He made the comment “my friends 3 year old was just telling that he was hungry”.  That’s how the Lord works! Marshall recently got his ID. So we are going to work on helping him find a job and to get him off the streets. Please also pray for him to call us. We met many more people last night. Some people simply just needed a ride. We are thankful that we had the bus running good. We are very thankful for the heat! The Lord continues to show his face every week. Please continue to pray for all these we minister to. Please search your closets if you happen to have coats and blankets, and socks. We are always in need of that stuff. The Lord is faithful! Getoutofthebus.org
