Warm February Night

We met some great people last night on the bus. You never know who you will encounter! There are a number of stories to tell about last night, yet I will share two. We met a local football coach/teacher who was literally walking down 11th street. He still had his school outfit on. He was going through some heavy stuff in life. He was walking to just clear his mind. It was not a coincidence that we met him. God orchestrated the encounter and we were overjoyed about it. We were able to pray with him, and he got quite emotional. He knows the Lord and said “Jesus is his source for strength” as he Battles through these challenges in life. We also met a lady named Brook, she has been addicted to opiates for 5 years. She has been on the streets for 1 year. She was brutally honest with us about her struggles. We were able to share the Gospel with her. She is close to making Jesus her Lord. It will happen in the future. The Lord is pursuing her. HE has a plan for her! Thankful for all who came out to serve with us. Thankful for Claremore Assembly (youth) coming out with us. Thankful to have some RSU baseball players with us. Thankful for them pouring into some other teenagers on the bus. They even had a foot race at Quicktrip! They were fast! Thankful for Jesus who came to rescue the lost! He is mighty to save! He changes people for HIS glory! Bless you.
