Kids, Prayer, & Austin
Great night tonight. Met lots of new faces. We also continued to build relationships with folks. We encountered a 12 and 13 year old sitting in a car while their mom was “sleeping” in the hotel. They were not sure where dad was tonight. We gave them Some pizza and talked to them for a bit. Very respectful kids and they seemed happy. We avoided the rain and made it home safe. Please pray for the women out there being manipulated etc.
Update: I was able to meet with a gentlemen today at the hospital, he has been there for 6 weeks in rough shape. He was hit by a car at 11th and Garnett. All of his buddies on the streets were thinking he had died 6 weeks ago, yet low and behold he is alive! God has given him another chance at life. Pray for him as well. His name is Austin. He has a long recovery ahead!! Yet, God will strengthen him for HIS glory. HE is on the throne! Bless you!
