What Only He Can Do
How the Lord works!! The Lord did what only he can do last night! We encountered lots of teenagers, walking the streets. We were able to minister to so many of them. Havie, mikey, and John are a few of their names. Yet, the highlight of the night happened when a brand new truck approached the Bus. This couple began to get out of the truck. Then we realized who it was. It was Fred And Rose! We ministered to them about nine years ago. They were homeless. They were strung out on drugs. They had lost all of their kids to DHS. The Lord is doing many awesome things in their lives. They have been married for 23 years!! Even amongst all of the chaos in their lives years ago, they have remained together. They now own a home. They are active in church. Fred has worked at the same job for seven years. Now most recently they bought a brand new truck. This is so humbling to see. Fred and Rose were out in the streets trying to help another homeless gentleman. That is who they are. They love people through the storms of life. They have been there. They want to pour into others. It was so powerful. They were able to join in praying for some teenagers. They were able to share their story with them. Next, we met a Hispanic gentlemen doing strret evangelism. He had his microphone, his speakers, and Hispanic Bibles. Our driver is bilingual. He was able to translate. ..”If you want peace, if you want happiness, It can only be found in Jesus”. TRUTH! Trust HIM by allowing HIM to change your life! HE can do the miraculous !
We ended the evening praising Jesus for all he has done! HE REIGNS!
