Local Apartment Complex
We hit the streets last night and the Lord showed up as usual. We ended up in a local apartment complex behind the pizza place. The witnessing opportunities kept coming. The children kept coming outside for pizza. We met lots of nice people. Relationships are being built. We look forward to taking them out to eat in the future. The Lord sent us so many people that we ran out of pizza within in 30 minutes. We went and got more pizza and the Lord continued to work. We met lots of new faces out on 11th street. We reconnected with lots of old faces as well. Michelle, Rubin, Thomas, Joshua, and Meeco are just a few of the names. Joshua was very nice. He got out of prison seven months ago. He did 16 years. He went in when he was 18 and got out when he was 34. He has a goal to become a personal trainer and life wellness coach. The Lord will do it. Pray for Joshua to stay in the Gods word and follow his goals. Michelle has been on the street for three days. She struggles with methamphetamines. She does not get to see any of her four children. We were able to share the Gospel with her. She was very close to making the greatest decision of her life last night. The Lord is working in her life. It will happen in HIS perfect timing. She was weeping. Please pray for her salvation. Please pray for her to reach out to us. The Lord will change her life. Please pray for all of the other people we met. They all have different needs. They all have different desires. The Lord can do the impossible. HE makes all things new. HE HAS RISEN!
